Terms of Service
The following terms apply to all of our services. You must agree to them before purchasing any of our services. Please read them carefully as they include relevant information about your rights and obligations.

PLEASE NOTE: We may make changes to these terms of service at any time; however, the terms that apply to your booking will be those in force at the time of your purchase.

ESSENTIALS FOR ALL OF OUR SERVICES
- You must be able to read English.
- You must be over the age of 18 (unless there is a prior agreement with 4C Voices).

1.1] We are 4CVoices Ltd, trading as 4C Voices. Company Number: 12261244. Correspondence address: 320 City Road, London, EC1V 2NZ.
2.1] Cancellation notices are applicable only on business days and does not include the weekends. To cancel your booking and receive a full refund, you must provide a minimum of 3 day notice. If you give a notice of at least 2 days, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full session value will apply. Any cancellation made less than 2 days before the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of any payments made.
2.2] If you are unable to attend your session due to sudden illness, please email us as soon as possible, ideally no later than 2 days prior to your scheduled booking. If we are able to fill your spot, no rescheduling fee will be due. If we are unable to fill your spot, a rescheduling fee of 50% of the full session value will apply.
3.1] Rescheduling requests are applicable only on business days and does not include the weekends.You may reschedule your session at any time up to 3 days prior to your booking by emailing us at info@4CVoices.com. Any Scheduling requests up to 2 days before the session, will not be possible, and a rescheduling fee of 50% of the full session value will apply. Any rescheduling request less than 2 days of your booking will result in forfeiting any payments made since we won’t be able to fill your upcoming booking.
4.1] You may request a full refund within 14 days of making your initial booking. Any refund requests made within this period will be processed without an administration charge. However, bookings made 3 days or less prior to your scheduled session will be refunded based on the company’s cancellation and rescheduling terms. Any refunds provided will be reduced by any applicable transaction fees we have incurred. Refund requests are applicable only on business days and does not include the weekends.
5.1] We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your session, it will be canceled, and it is non-refundable. You will have to rebook at the full cost.
- NO SHOW
6.1] If you do not show up for your session, it will automatically be canceled, and you will have to rebook at the full cost.
- ADDITIONAL GUESTS
7.1] No additional guests are permitted to join you in your session, but they are more than welcome to sit in the waiting area.
8.1] In the rare event that we have to cancel your session, we will notify you as soon as possible. In such an event, your payment will be reimbursed in full or put towards another date. We are unable to reimburse any other costs you may have incurred, such as travel and accommodation.
8.2] We reserve the right to change your booking arrangements, including the date and time, if necessary. We will always inform you in advance.
8.3] We reserve the right to transfer your session between studios or change the allocated voice producer.
- PAYMENT PLANS
9.1] By purchasing a payment plan, you are entering into a binding arrangement with 4CVoices Ltd and agree to complete all payments for your payment plan.
9.2] Failure to make a payment will result in your plan being canceled, and any future bookings will be canceled.
9.3] Any payment plan deposits are non-refundable.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1] To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4CVoices Ltd and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, arising out of or in connection with the services provided by 4CVoices Ltd.
10.2] In no event shall the total liability of 4CVoices Ltd and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates exceed the amount paid by you for the services purchased.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
11.1] All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by 4CVoices Ltd, including but not limited to instructional materials, training content, and recordings, shall remain the exclusive property of 4CVoices Ltd.
11.2] You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the intellectual property of 4CVoices Ltd without prior written consent.
12.1] Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the services provided under this Agreement.
12.2] The confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
12.3] The parties shall not disclose, publish, or reveal any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.
- GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND ARBITRATION
13.1] This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
13.2] Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the provisions of the UK Arbitration Act 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be in the United Kingdom, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by them.
